Solvn is a platform operated by Bid the Fix Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of British Columbia, Canada. This Privacy Policy explains how Bid the Fix Inc. ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use the Solvn mobile application, website at solvn.ca, and all related services (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Providers who apply for verification badges may submit:

Verification documents are stored securely and reviewed solely for the purpose of issuing verification badges. We do not share these documents with Customers or third parties except as required by law.

Invoices Invoice numbers, line items, amounts, tax details, payment status Estimates Estimate numbers, scope of work, labour and material breakdowns Payments Records of service fees paid to Solvn. We do not store full credit card numbers — payment card details are handled by our third-party payment processor.

7. Push Notifications

We send push notifications to your device for bid updates, project status changes, new messages, and system alerts. Your device's FCM token is stored in your user profile to enable delivery. You may disable push notifications at any time through your device settings. This will not affect your ability to use the Platform, though you may miss time-sensitive updates.

The Platform includes AI-powered tools that process project-related information to generate estimates, descriptions, invoices, and receipt summaries. When you use these features:

The Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us at support@solvn.ca and we will promptly delete the account.

By creating an account, you opt in to receiving occasional service-related communications and, where you have consented, promotional emails. All marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. You may also opt out at any time by contacting support@solvn.ca. Withdrawing from marketing communications will not affect delivery of service-related notifications.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the Platform or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
